Amazing service! We did the 1.5 hour ride and Lara was so accommodating with a last minute schedule change. She was super fast to respond to emails and I bet phone as well. The horses were incredibly obedient (other than munching on some grass) and we did a few idyllic loops around the village areas. If you’re looking for a beginner friendly and family friendly ride, this is the best option in the azores! From the moment I arrived to the immaculately kept grounds to the amazing welcome from Lara and Rodrigo, I knew I had chose the right place. Lara showed me around and introduced me to the happy fat pony and to the rest of the horses as well as showed me the arena. Rodrigo loaded up the horses and off we went to our starting point. My horses name was Diva! And a Diva she was! Lara was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the land and vegetation and was always making sure I was enjoying myself! I thoroughly loved the ride and that I had it to myself! They purposely keep the groups small so that it is safe and more enjoyable for everyone!
